Complete Apartment Renovation – From Dark Spaces to a Bright, Modern Home

This apartment was completely reimagined and replanned as part of a comprehensive renovation. The initial situation consisted of a large but very dark living area with insufficient lighting, a non-functionally planned kitchen, and an unfavorable layout. Heavy, low-profile furniture further intensified the feeling of tightness and lack of structure.

Our goal was to bring light, clarity, and functionality into the space. To achieve this, a holistic concept was developed: the lighting concept was completely overhauled and supplemented with additional light sources, targeted spotlights, and indirect lighting. The wall surfaces were renewed, painted in light tones, and refined with decorative crown moldings, creating an elegant and timeless style.

The kitchen was redesigned and functionally structured. A central kitchen island with integrated lighting – both above and below – now creates structure, additional workspace, and a pleasant atmosphere.

In the living area, the TV zone was designed with custom-made furniture and integrated lighting. All built-in furniture – from the hallway wardrobes and storage solutions to the TV console – was individually planned. Illuminated display cabinets provide space for decoration and family photos without creating visual noise. Everything has its fixed place; order and tranquility are at the center of the design.

The bedroom and hallway were also redesigned. In the bedroom, an illuminated showcase and a spacious, functional wardrobe complement the room concept, offering ample storage space for all daily needs.

The result is a completely transformed apartment: a dark, poorly structured space has become a bright, modern, and cozy home. The combination of renovation work, thoughtful lighting design, and custom built-in furniture has created a harmonious and contemporary living concept – to the full satisfaction of the clients.
